  • Innovative Health v. Biosense Webster

    Represent reprocessor of single-use medical devices in case alleging monopolization and illegal tying against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary in markets for navigational ultrasound catheters and high-density mapping catheters for use with the defendant’s cardiac mapping systems in electrophysiology studies. Client obtained jury verdict of $442 million and permanent injunction.

  • Restore Robotics v. Intuitive Surgical

    Represent independent service organization (ISO) in case alleging monopolization, illegal tying, and exclusive dealing against world’s largest manufacturer of surgical robots in aftermarkets for service of robots and repair and replacement of robot instruments. As part of settlement on eve of trial, Intuitive Surgical agreed to approve client's remanufactured instruments for use on its surgical robots.

  • TELA Bio v. Becton Dickinson

    Represent manufacturer of next-generation hernia mesh in case alleging monopolization, illegal bundling, and exclusive dealing against world's largest manufacturer of hernia mesh.

  • QwikCut v. Hudl

    Represent operator of sports video analysis services in case alleging monopolization against Hudl, which claims to provide sports video analysis services to 99% of high schools.

  • Columbus Drywall v. Masco

    Represented class of insulation contractors alleging that nation’s largest insulation contractor coordinated with manufacturers to fix prices of fiberglass insulation sold nationwide to class. Defendants settled for $112 million. Final defendant settled for $75 million on weekend before trial.
