The firm specializes in antitrust law – representing David against Goliath. Jeff Berhold is “widely recognized for his extensive trial and litigation experience” (Chambers & Partners). Jeff was one of the lead counsel in the largest antitrust recovery ever obtained in the Northern District of Georgia, totaling more than $112 million.  He was lead counsel in a monopolization case against Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Biosense Webster that resulted in a jury verdict of $442 million and permanent injunction.

Jeff has handled a wide array of antitrust issues in government and private practice – including price fixing, bid rigging, market allocation, group boycotts, attempted monopolization, illegal tying, and exclusive dealing. He is currently lead counsel in antitrust litigation pending around the country, including Restore Robotics v. Intuitive Surgical in Florida, Innovative Health v. Biosense Webster in California, TELA Bio v. Becton Dickinson in Pennsylvania, and QwikCut v. Hudl in New Jersey.
